World Food Moscow is one of the most important food exhibitions in Asian countries and have been organized every year since 1992. Exhibition took place in Moscow, between 15-18 September.

Duru Bulgur presented countless various and delicious bulgur dishes during the fair, and got “the thumbs up” from visitors. In total 1674 different food companies from 72 different countries participated in the exhibition and it was visited by professionals working in distribution, retail and wholesale from 99 different countries. And Duru Bulgur was the company that called for visitors attention. Bulgur, although not widely known to Russian kitchen, was very liked by Russians. The bulgur flavours were served to visitors and recipe books containing bulgur dishes were presented to visitors so that everybody could try to cook bulgur themselves at their homes.
