Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Duru Coarse Bulgur
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Piece chopped onion
- 1 Clove crushed garlic
- 1 Piece fresh ginger
- 15 g Chicken wings
- 1,5 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 4 Cups chicken broth
1- Finely chop the onion and garlic. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2- Add the garlic, onion, and ginger and mix them for 5 minutes.
3- Cut the chicken wings with a knife for easier cooking. Add the chicken wings to the pan and cook them for 1 minute. Add the fish sauce, cook them for 3 minutes.
4- Pour the chicken broth into the pan. Add Duru Coarse Bulgur and mix slowly.
5- After boiling, cover the pan and cook them for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
6- After the bulgur swelled with water, serve with a piece of salt and black pepper.
7- Serve by adding green onions and boiled eggs. Bon Appetit!
