Ingredients:
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 10 chopped mushrooms
- 1 chopped red onion
- ¼ cup of chopped bell peppers
- ½ glass of Fine Bulgur
- 5 glass of water (to boil bulgur)
- 1 scrambled egg white
- 3 tablespoons of whole-wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of tamari sauce
1- Boil bulgur for 15-20 minutes in 1.5 glass of bulgur. Fry vegetables in a pan; add mushrooms last.
2-After vegetables get cold add bulgur and mix them.
3-Then, keep mixing them after adding egg white, flour and tamari sauce. Divide the stuffing you prepared into equal portions and form them as burgers.
4-After lightly oiling a grill pan, fry the burgers until both sides are fried.
