Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Fried Rice:
  • 2 Cups Duru Coarse Bulgur
  • 4 Cups hot water
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Pieces scrambled eggs
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1 Cup of chopped broccoli
  • 1 Cup of chopped cabbage
  • 1 Piece carrot
  • 1 Piece onion
  • ½ Cup small shrimp
  • 1 Cup pea
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce

 

1- Pour boiling water into the pan and add Duru Coarse Bulgur. Cover the pot and cook it for 10 minutes.

2- Meanwhile, boil the shrimp somewhere else. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Chop the cabbage, carrots, and broccoli.

3- Take the olive oil in a pan and add the scrambled eggs.

4- After cooking the egg a little, add the garlic, onion, carrot, broccoli, pea, cabbage, and shrimp. Mix them for 2 minutes, cover the pan and rest it for 5 minutes.

5- Add the cooked bulgur on top of this mixture and mix them.

6- AAdd soy sauce and olive oil then cook for a richer flavor. Bon Appetit!
