Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Duru Split Red Lentil
- 4 Cups Water
- 1 Cups Fine Bulgur
- 5-6 Pieces Fresh Onions
- ½ Bunch Parsley
- 2 Medium onions
- 2/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Dessert Spoons Tomato Paste
- 1 Dessert Spoons Chili Pepper Paste
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Flaked Red Pepper
- Cumin
1-Put water in a pot. Add washed red lentils. Boil lentils until they are soft.
2-Put bulgur over lentils boiled and mix well. Cover it to absorb all water.Chop mince fresh onions, parsley.
3-Put olive oil in a pot. Add onions chopped mince , saute until onions are pink.
4-Add tomate and pepper paste, cumin, red flake pepper, black pepper. Stir 1 min.
5-Pour all ingredients over bulgur and lentils rested. Add salt, black pepper.Mix well.
6- Put lettuces into salad plate. Take pieces walnut-sized. Form it into oval-shaped.Serve with pomegranate molasses.
