Ingredients:
- 1,5 glasses of Extra Extra Coarse Bulgur
- 4,5, glasses of water (to boil bulgur)
- ½ cup of fresh coriander
- ¼ glass of soya sauce
- 3 tablespoons of small size peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of powder shili
- 3 cups of steamed broccoli
1-Put the water and bulgur into a pan and boil until bulgur absorbs all water. Make coriander, soya sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, sugar and chilli paste in food processor.
2-Add the prepared peanut butter into bulgur and mix them all.
3- Finally, add broccoli and cook by mixing the same for 3 more minutes.
