
Ingredients:
- For stuffing
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons of onions (chopped)
- 250 g ground baby beef
- 2 small long green pepper (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of parsley (chopped)
- 1 coffee spoon of flaked red pepper
- Salt and black pepper
- For cream
- 1 glass of Fine Bulgur
- 2 glasses of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- For pouring over
- 1 tablespoon of powder parmesan cheese
1- To prepare stuffing with ground meat, sauté onions until they turn yellow and continue sautéing by adding ground meat and long pepper.
2-When ground meat is charred, flavour it with parsley, flaked red pepper, salt and black pepper.
3-To prepare the cream, cook bulgur with 2 glasses of milk for 10 minutes. Add butter and egg yolk over it after removing from the cooker. Pour some salt.
4-Lay the ground meat stuffing into an oven pan and level it. Spread the cream you prepared over with a spoon.
5-Bake it for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees after pouring grated parmesan on top until it gets golden yellow.
