Vegetable Patty With Bulgur


  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 4-5 fresh onion
  • 1/3 bunch of dill
  • 1/3 bunch of fresh mint
  • ½ glass of Fine Bulgur
  • 2 glasses of warm water ( to wet the bulgur )
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of riviera olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper

1-Let bulgur rest in a cup full of warm water until it absorbs water. Grate the carrot and zucchini.

2-Finely mince fresh onion, dill, parsley and fresh mint. Take all materials into a cup.

3-Add the eggs and olive oil. Add salt and black pepper. Lightly oil a pan.

4-When pan is hot, pour some from the mixture you prepared. Fry both sides.
