In this event have continuing three weeks where bulgur was introduced in all its parts. Thai people, who met with bulgur for the first time, admired the taste of bulgur. Bulgur was liked especially by children who don’t like to eat the rice. In this event, the leaflet and cooking book in Thai were given to participants.
