Information was provided to the students on various topics ranging from the food nutrition values, the place in our culture, the process which is undergone before it came to on our table as well as the different kind of dishes (recipes) that can be made from bulgur. After informing, a variety of bulgur dishes and bulgur dessert were made in the kitchen. The students liked the recipes and new tastes very much. A Recipe book of Duru Bulgur publications was presented to the future’s cooks, where they can learn new recipes.
