Food fair took place in hotel Radisson Blu Daugava conference hall welcoming more than 700 catering professionals from all 3 Baltic countries – Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Apart from having a chance to taste and savor the different tastes of new trends in world’s food industry, chefs were also able to observe “master class” cooking performances shown by other chefs on the stage.
Duru Bulgur introduced bulgur as a new product in Baltic countries and surprised attendants with versatility and wonderful taste of bulgur. Duru Bulgur brought to the table the whole range – different vegetable and meat pilafs as well as lentil koftes, fruit dessert with bulgur, vegetable salad with bulgur and even sushi made of bulgur, wowing the attendants with delicious Duru Bulgur.
