Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Extra Extra Coarse Bulgur
- 4 Cups Boiling Water
- 15 Pcs Strawberries
- 1 Orange
- 1 Pear
- 1 Banana
- 1 Pack Vanilla Powder
- ½ Cup Honey
- Suggestion For Serving
- Fresh Mint
1- Boil bulgur on low heat for 15 minutes until water has been absorbed.
2- Set aside to cool.
3- Place diced fruit, vanilla powder and honey in a big bowl. Add bulgur and mix well.
4- Serve fruit salad cooled.
